LexPOSH is a team of individuals with expertise to provide support and advisory to organizations to have a workplace that is in compliance with POSH laws.

We provide one stop solution to all employers in ensuring that they can provide a secure, safe, and harassment free environment at their workplace and propaganda that the organization has zero-tolerance for sexual harassment. Experts from our team have been following the legislation from Vishaka guidelines and introduction of the POSH Act.

We create training modules that are interactive, educative and engage the employees in interesting sessions breaking the monotony of mundane training sessions. Our online training module helps in making the employer being in compliance at ease. IC member training is designed in such a manner that classroom techniques are imparted and mock sessions which gives the participants hands-on training in real time issues. We understand the need of each and every business and our learning modules and services can be tailor made to suit the nature and requirement of the organization. We provide regular legal updates viz., Judgments, Government Notifications, circulars, guidelines and policies on the POSH laws.
