Our services include creating POSH Ambassadors, delivering sensitization and awareness programs, and providing specialized IC training for employees. Our mission is to create an inclusive and safe working environment for all.

Creating POSH Ambassadors

Establish a POSH Ambassador in your organization. Certain identified employees of your organization viz., Head of the department, Managers, Team lead will be given an exclusive training on POSH Laws by LexPOSH to act as POSH Ambassadors within your organisations. Our expert team will conduct this training for the POSH Ambassadors and it is mandatory for a POSH Ambassador to complete our training program and obtain a certificate for the same.

 

These POSH Ambassadors act as a bridge between the employers, employees and LexPOSHwith regard to various aspects of POSH Laws and also provide POSH induction training to the new recruits. They also act as a bridge between LexPOSH and their fellow employees and assist LexPOSH in organising awareness programmes, workshops at your organisation.

Sensitisation & Awareness Programs

The POSH Act mandates an employer to organise awareness programmes for sensitising the employees regarding the POSH Act and its applicability. This can be conducted at regular intervals, viz., quarterly, half-yearly or annual programmes. LexPOSH offers learning programs tailor made to an organization’s requirement to sensitise the employees regarding the rights and duties, IC and its powers under the POSH Act. The programs can be conducted in virtual platforms and/or in-person.

 

The awareness programmes shall be organised in English as well as in regional language. All the awareness sessions are conducted by experts from the field of law. Upon concluding the session, there will be Q&A and worksheets to evaluate the understanding of the POSH Act by the employees.

Specialized IC Training

Are you an IC member of your organization? Do you want to be an external member of an organization? Then you should be well-equipped with the provisions of POSH Act and the powers available to an IC member under the POSH Act. At LexPOSH, we conduct specialised and exclusive training for IC members. This workshop model will have an indepth analysis of the provisions of the POSH Act and Rules, case studies, report writing, maintenance of confidentiality, conduct of an interview, how to give a finding and make a recommendation after an enquiry.

 

A strong and well-qualified IC is pivotal for an organisation for instilling trust in the mind of their employees regarding their safety in the organisation. It propagates that the organisation has Zero tolerance towards Sexual Harassment.

Webinars

We, at LexPOSH organise webinars where experts across the country would address the participants on the march of the POSH law, judicial trends, impartiality and confidentiality in IC proceedings, gender-neutral policy and other issues under the POSH Act. This advanced knowledge of law will enable the industry leaders to tactfully prevent and wisely handle any issues and make prompt decisions in relation to sexual harassment at their workplace.

Find Or Identify An External Member

Every IC shall ensure that there is an external member with knowledge in POSH Enactments, who will add an element of neutrality and impartiality to the IC. Is it becoming tedious to find an external member who has versatility to understand the business needs and simultaneously have experience in POSH laws?


Yes! We hear you. Our team at LexPOSH can provide you a list of external members who have professional experience and expertise in POSH laws including compliance, handling complaints and conducting enquiry, effectively conciliate, assistance in preparing reports and steer the IC in the right direction.

Posters

POSH Posters help you to not only create awareness among the employees regarding prevention of sexual harassment at workplace at all levels of the organisation, it also acts as a mechanism to propagate the Sexual Harassment Policy of the Organisation. It helps the victims in approaching the right person to voice their concern. Further, it is also a mandate under the POSH Act, for an employer to display at any “conspicous place” in the workplace, the penal consequences of sexual harassment; and the order constituting, the internal Committee as per the Act. Non-compliance of these provisions will attract penalty.
 

We at LexPOSH, can provide you posters for not only complying with the provisions of the Act but also to act as an aid in creating a safe working environment. The Posters can be made in the Regional Languages.

Organizations know that complaints under the POSH Act have to be handled sensitively and discreetly. Both the Complainant and the Respondent have to be comfortable with the place where the enquiry is conducted and most of the organisations prefer a neutral venue to maintain confidentiality and have an impartial proceeding. We, at LexPOSH, provide infrastructure support services to the Organisation in conducting their IC Proceeding or conciliation proceeding, away from their Workplace. The conference room has state of the art technology and at the same time enables to maintain confidentiality while conducting the enquiry.
