1. Online Training:

Cancellation Period: Registrants for online training programs may cancel their registration up to 3 days before the scheduled start date of the training program.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will be processed in full, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the registration.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund, and the full registration fee may be retained by LexPOSH.

 

2. Offline Training (In-Person):

Cancellation Period: Registrants for offline (in-person) training programs may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the training program.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will be processed in full, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the registration.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund, and the full registration fee may be retained by LexPOSH.

 

3. How to Cancel:

To cancel your registration for a training program, please contact our customer support team at 9342059673. Please provide your registration details and the reason for cancellation when contacting us.

4. Rescheduling:

Registrants may have the option to reschedule their training registration to a future date, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with rescheduling your training registration.

 

5. Changes to This Policy:

LexPOSH reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the cancellation policy will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
