Overview: eModule on Prevention of Sexual Harassment Awareness eModule on Sexual Harassment Awareness aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of sexual harassment in the workplace, in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) of India. Identification of Different Forms: The module helps participants identify different forms of sexual harassment, enabling them to recognize instances of inappropriate behavior in the workplace.
