i Lead POSH is an exclusive program curated for the Presiding Officer of an organisation who presides over the Committee formed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The Act mandates that a senior level woman employee shall be appointed as the Presiding Officer of the Internal Committee. Besides carrying the responsibilities of the senior-most position in the organisation, she now has to adorn the role of the "Captain of the Ship" as the Presiding Officer. This requires a thorough understanding of the provisions of the POSH Act and also be aware of the psycho-social impact that maybe caused due to sexual harassment at workplace.
