Be(A)ware, Online Sensitisation programme on Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (commonly called as “POSH Act”), has been curated with T S Gopalan & Co (Knowledge partners), a law firm with more than five decades of expertise in labour & IR laws.

"Be(A)Ware" is a sensitization program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act offered by LexPOSH. The program is designed to raise awareness about the POSH Act and the importance of preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. It covers key topics such as what a workplace is, who is an aggrieved woman, how to report a complaint, the difference between sexual harassment and sex discrimination, and the punishment under POSH laws.
