Lexposh has curated an exclusive online training program for members of Internal Committee formed by an organisation under the Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). Participants will be trained in understanding their roles & responsibilities of being an IC member, handling complaints, conduct enquiry and documentation under the POSH Act.

While understanding the legal intricacies of POSH, participants will also be given hands on training of being an IC member by the expert speakers with live examples, role play and mock enquiries. A special segment is dedicated to the Presiding officer to understand their role. Pre Assessment, Post assessment and evaluation will be done on the topics covered during this 3-day intensive training program.
