iLead POSH is an exclusive program curated for the Presiding Officer of an organisation who presides over the Committee formed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The Act mandates that a senior level woman employee shall be appointed as the Presiding Officer of the Internal Committee.
