"iNFLUENCE", a one-day specialised training programme on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (commonly called as “POSH Act”), has been curated with M/s. T S Gopalan & Co (Knowledge partners), a law firm with more than four decades of expertise in labour & IR laws. The participants will uncover the different facets of the POSH Act. Experts will discuss the challenges faced by the industry while discussing the practical aspects. The uniqueness of this training program is that participants wouldhave an enriching experience by way of hands on experience through case studies, group discussions and role play.
